Gatebold E-Invoice Gateway

Because Gatebold is not a formatting extension. A standard Magento Factur-X extension generates the format but connects to no Approved Platform, does not cover the 3 DGFiP flows (e-invoicing + transaction e-reporting + payment e-reporting), does not manage transmission statuses or manual replay of rejected invoices, and does not maintain compliance when the reform evolves (Factur-X versions, DGFiP adjustments, PA updates, etc.). Gatebold is an end-to-end Compatible Solution: Magento → connector → your PA → status retour → integrated manual replay. Ongoing regulatory maintenance is in the subscription, not an option. That is what distinguishes a SaaS product from a static module.

If your accounting SaaS emits and stores all your legal invoices, it should interface with the PA itself - you probably don't need Gatebold. But if your B2B invoices come out of Magento (Sales / Invoice), your accounting SaaS doesn't see them unless you re-enter manually. Gatebold automates the bridge Magento → your PA (Sage, Cegid, etc.), avoids double entry, and ensures your Magento invoices reach the PA in the right format. You keep your accounting SaaS, you just add the automated bridge between Magento and it.

The setup fee covers the initial onboarding of Gatebold tools. Scope depends on the tier chosen. - Standard: analysis of your Magento invoicing data (EN 16931 mandatory fields), installation and configuration of the Magento connector, linking our connector to your Approved Platform using the credentials it provided you. - Business: everything included in Standard, plus flow mapping per your business rules, sandbox testing on a representative invoice sample, accompanied production switch, and support at each step of configuration through production switch. One-shot at subscription time. Note: configuration of your Approved Platform itself remains your responsibility (or that of your PA provider).

The one of your choice. Gatebold is not an Approved Platform - we are a Compatible Solution that connects to the PA you have chosen from the official DGFiP list. Typical selection criteria: price, support, geography, etc. We then configure the connector to push your Magento invoices to that PA. You can also change PAs later without touching your Magento.

You are not blocked. Invoices continue to be transmitted and are billed per unit beyond the quota included in your plan. You receive an alert at 80% of your monthly quota to anticipate a possible upgrade to a higher plan if consumption becomes regular.

Yes. Annual upfront payment unlocks a 15% discount on the monthly subscription (setup fee remains full price).

No. The Magento module installs via Composer in a few standard commands. Configuration is done from the Gatebold SaaS interface (PA credentials, flow mapping, business rules, etc.). If you encounter a technical difficulty on Magento, our team can step in on your instance as part of the included onboarding.

The monthly subscription has no commitment, cancellable at any time with 30-day notice. The annual subscription (with -15% discount) is firm for 12 months. The setup fee is non-refundable once onboarding is completed.

Monthly, via SEPA direct debit or credit card. You receive a detailed invoice each month showing: tier subscription, any quota overages, and applicable taxes. Tier adjustments are prorated to the next cycle.
