Can I subscribe to both products at the same time?
Yes. If you invoice B2B enterprise clients via PunchOut AND must comply with the French e-invoicing reform, you can subscribe to both products in parallel. Contact us for a combined package: we offer a cross-product discount based on scope.
Is the subscription with or without commitment?
Monthly subscription has no commitment, cancellable with 30-day notice. Annual subscription (with -15% discount on E-Invoice) is firm for 12 months. This rule applies to both products.
What currency is the service billed in?
Euros (EUR), excluding taxes. French VAT applies to French clients. Non-EU clients are VAT-exempt according to standard rules.
What payment methods do you accept?
SEPA direct debit, credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), bank transfer for higher plans. Monthly invoice emailed with access to your history from your client portal.
How do I know which product is for me?
If you sell to corporate clients who require PunchOut from their procurement tool (Ariba, Coupa, etc.), it is E-Procurement Gateway. If you are a B2B merchant in France subject to the e-invoicing reform (DGFiP 2026/2027), it is E-Invoice Gateway. You may need both, especially if your clients are both in France and internationally.
